Gourmet Cupcakes!

Cupcakes aren't just for kids!! Add a little bit of gourmet flavor, alcohol soak, and a fancy garnish and you have a dessert that's great for any adult.

These dark chocolate fudge cupcakes are flavored with a Cointreau syrup and then topped with an orange infused dark chocolate ganache.  Candied orange zest makes the perfect garnish to top off these cakes!

Here's a twist on a southern favorite -  pralines!  White cake is flavored with a bourbon simple syrup and topped off with homemade praline buttercream. 

Who doesn't love s'mores?? Here's an adult-friendly version of a kid favorite!  Graham cracker cake is filled with a chocolate marshmallow fudge and then topped with toasty marshmallow meringue.

Cupcakes can make a great gift, too! Place them in a cupcake box, label the cakes with flavor descriptions, and decorate the box.  Everyone loves to receive homemade goodies!!
