Cars, Planes and Choo Choo Trains!

Choo Choo, Jackson is 2!!!

Jackson was super obsessed with any type of car, truck, train, plane, automobile...
so we just combined them all into one party :)

Baggage Drop off at the "Check In"!

Kid's Table! I wrapped the table in a black plastic table cloth and used
duct tape to make the road lines.

Hobby Lobby had these super cute wood pieces already painted...I just glued them
to dowel rods and stuck them in an
orange cone as centerpieces!

My mom colored this
fire station on bulletin board paper to
make a photo backdrop! We found the vintage
fire truck at a local antique store.

Train conductor, Fireman, and Construction hats for the kiddos! All of the hats were found at Oriental Trading. Hobby Lobby had a roll of this construction zone paper in their party section....I just cut sections and tied them to twine to make a banner!

I made road sign decorations and stuck them throughout the backyard for decorations! I just found images online, printed them out and glued to dowel rods.

I found a ton of pictures of Jackson riding all of his favorite automobiles and
made a "Time Flies" banner! Hobby Lobby has so many cute choices for pennant banners....I just combined different colors onto twine and used my Cricut to cut out the letters!

Dessert Table Backdrop!
I glued blue paper plates to a large foam board backdrop and then used cotton for clouds, a wood plane from Oriental Trading, and a sign made from foam board and Circuit letters. I bought several colorful fabric scraps from Hobby Lobby and used them as table
 runners and cloths!

Candy corn "Construction Cones", snack mix "Nuts and Bolts", chocolate donut "Spare Tires", and M&M pretzel stick "Traffic Lights"!

Rice Krispie Treat "Hay Bales", white chocolate marshmallow "Clouds", and rock candy "coal"! Party food for this theme was so much fun to create!!

PB & J, Pimento Cheese, and Chicken Salad sandwiches!

Green juice "Antifreeze" and "Motor Oil" tea!

These juice cups were perfect for the kids!
The fuel tank water bottle labels were found here

You can't have a kids party without having a "VIP Adult Lounge".....

This Thomas train has been rode on a thousand times and the kids love it so much!

Paper Airplane Racing -  These were so much fun!

The hit of the party.....a real choo choo train!! The rain held off long enough for the kids to ride a few times around the block. We used Red Stick and they were awesome!

Jackson's birthday present was this train table and it came just in time to use at the party! This is a Kid Kraft brand and my kids still have lots of fun with it, 4 years later :)

This was definitely my favorite part of the party. The "Baggage Claim" had
party favor boxes for the kids and sugar cookies for everyone else!

I found these brown boxes at Hobby Lobby and used colored duct tape to give them a suitcase look! The favor tags were made by Pen & Parcel.

Automobile sugar cookies made by Sweet Stirrings!

Each suitcase contained a plane glider, stickers, a matchbox car,
a train whistle, and a sugar cookie

We collected over 200 pounds of food at our "Baggage Drop"
for the Zachary Food Pantry!

Happy Birthday to Jackpot!! :)
