Happy Anniversary Rachel and Paul!!

A year ago today, I had the privilege of making the wedding and groom's cake for Rachel and Paul. I was really excited when they asked me to make a special cake for their 1 year anniversary! The flavor of this cake matched their wedding cake, which was white almond cake with a layer of lemon curd and 2 layers of lemon buttercream.

             The side of this cake has swiss dots and a pearl border. The top of the cake read a special message for the couple, "A cord of three strands...".
