If you are trying to plan a birthday party for your little one, then here are some really great ideas for a western-themed party! This party was complete with hay bales, pony rides, and cowboy hats! 

I was so excited to make this cake for sweet Kaitlyn! The cake had lots of western items, including a bale of hay, rope, a paisley bandanna, cow print, and a cowgirl hat. 

Along with the cake, I made red velvet cupcakes with hat and boot toppers.

And, of course, each kid got to take a boot and hat cookie home with them!

Here are several pictures from the party. The pony rides were a huge hit! For a moment, I wished I was a kid again so I could go for a ride :)
